RE:COSM
Our own beauty brand, so nothing was held back: a Korean clean-beauty lash serum with an editorial e-commerce site we designed, built, and run ourselves. It's the clearest proof of what we can do when a brand is worth obsessing over.

What went into it
Motion that sells, not distracts
Preloader counter, parallax scenes, and word-by-word headline reveals: an editorial scroll experience tuned until it feels expensive, never gimmicky. This build became our house animation system.
A single-product funnel
One hero product, one job: every scene walks the visitor toward the serum, through science, ritual, stockists, and the waitlist. No dead-end pages.
A brand system living in code
Logo, palette, and typography from the brand guideline, implemented as reusable tokens, so every future page ships on-brand by default.
Search plumbing included
Server rendering, sitemap, structured data, and a set of long-tail guide pages that pull search traffic while the brand grows.
An ingredient library that earns trust
Every ingredient on the label is decoded on the site, with deeper pages for the key actives and guides on lash extensions, lash lifts, sensitive eyes and what to avoid. Each guide carries a review date and links to its sources, including Health Canada, because a brand that publishes its full formula should be able to explain it.
Fast where it counts
Fonts self-hosted, the preloader reserved for the brand pages, and guide pages that paint immediately. Mobile Lighthouse performance after the September 2026 pass: 91 on the home page and 97 on a guide.

Designed at 390px first, because most beauty traffic arrives from Instagram on a phone.
